services. Due to the customised nature of our services, the following cancellation and refund
terms apply.

2. DEPOSITS
Deposits made to secure consulting sessions, strategic projects, event bookings, or
custom services are generally non-refundable.
Deposits are used to reserve availability, planning capacity, and operational resources.
3. STRATEGIC CONSULTING & BUSINESS
SERVICES
Refund requests may be considered only if work has not yet commenced.
Once consulting, strategic planning, research, development, or advisory work has
started, payments become non-refundable.
Partially completed services may be refunded only at our sole discretion.
4. CUSTOM PROJECTS
Custom-tailored services, project management, event planning, or bespoke
commercial solutions are subject to stricter cancellation terms.
Once project execution, planning, or resource allocation has begun, refunds are
generally not available.
Milestone payments may be governed by separate contractual terms where applicable.
5. EVENT BOOKINGS
Event-related cancellations must be submitted within the agreed cancellation notice
period.
Late cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of payments depending on
planning progress, supplier commitments, and incurred operational costs.
Third-party vendor costs already incurred are non-refundable.
6. RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling requests may be accepted based on availability.
Additional fees may apply depending on timing and project scope.
We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling requests where operational limitations
apply.
7. PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES
Third-party transaction fees (including Stripe, PayPal, banking fees, or payment
gateway charges) may be non-refundable.
Refunds, when approved, may exclude processing costs.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
In cases of extraordinary events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters,
severe illness, travel restrictions, or other major disruptions), rescheduling or partial refunds
may be considered at our discretion.
9. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Users agree to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in legal action or future service
refusal.
10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse services where:
fraudulent activity is suspected,
terms are violated,
payments are incomplete,
communication becomes abusive,
project requirements materially change.
11. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds may require reasonable administrative processing time depending on
payment provider policies.
